All deliveries are by local courier and are trackable.

Fee is on per order basis, not per book. Example: you buy 5 books and choose Office Delivery, delivery fee is $4.90

Working days are Mondays through Fridays excluding Public Holidays

Collecting your books

Collection notification will be emailed to you after 4-7 working days. Once you received this email, you can come down to collect your books. Provide staff with your Name and Transaction ID when collecting. Please collect within 7 days from the date of notification to avoid $2 late fee. Do not collect if you have not received our email notification

Can I get books earlier than 4-7 working days?

We regret that this is strictly not possible. If you are getting books for someone´s birthday or other important events, please ensure to order the books 7 working days before.
